The origin story
My neighbor does my lawn. He's good at what he does — shows up when he says he will, does solid work, and his clients love him. But one day he called me asking if I'd already paid him. That's when I knew something was wrong.
He was running his whole business from his phone's notes app and a half-remembered mental map of who owed what. No scheduling system. No invoice tracking. No way to know which jobs were actually making him money after gas and truck payments.
LawnBase is what I built for him. And then I realized every lawn care operator in Florida — and there are a lot of them — had the exact same problem. So here we are.
